Step 1: Click on the flyer or here to fill out the form online
Step 2: Once you are finished filling out the flyer and have typed in your electronic signature, click on the printer icon
Step 3: Change printer destination to ‘Save as PDF’
Step 4: Save and title the document “Registration 2017 (Participants Name)”
Step 5: Email the newly created PDF file to powaybackpackers@cox.net with “Registration (participants name)” in the subject line
*If you have any issues saving the edited PDF, screen shot the filled out form after “Step 2” and email that instead*

If you are oldschool and want to drop it off at Scott’s house the mailbox is now located on garage.

REMINDER: Your spot on the trip is not secured until deposit is received!

    Hey there, I’m not successful in following your instructions as far as the PDF conversion bit without paying a fee. -_- Any chance that you’ll take this as dibs for MICHAEL TERLEP for the D Trip and I’m printing the form and dropping it off with a check this morning…………..

      Hi Sue,
      Sorry for the late response. If anyone has any trouble with PDF feel free to print a copy and fill it in manually. I’m sure you have already done so, but spots are reserved once a deposit is received. Can’t wait to have Michael back for another year of shenanigans!
